Can I pay with MTN Mobile Money?

Yes. Paystack supports MTN, AT (formerly AirtelTigo) and Vodafone Cash, plus all Ghanaian Visa and Mastercard debit cards. Pick the option you have at checkout — no separate sign-up needed.

What happens to my courses if I downgrade?

Nothing is lost. Your uploaded notes, generated lessons, quiz history and study plans stay intact on the Free tier — you just lose access to features beyond two courses and to the unlimited tutor / exam simulator until you upgrade again. Re-subscribing picks up where you left off.

Do you have a referral or group discount?

We're piloting a class-wide rate for course reps who bring 10+ classmates onto Semester Premium together — email support@suaponai.com with your course code and we'll set it up. No public referral programme yet; we'd rather get pricing right than dilute it with codes.

Will my Free plan get downgraded if I run out of space?

No. The Free tier is permanent — we'll cap you at 2 courses and limit AI generations, but your account never expires. You only see paid features if/when you decide to upgrade.
